To Reduce Cost & USPS Paper

Authorize email electronic communication via the Keystone Connection web portal.  Log in and navigate to:  1) Account Info,  2) My Profile,  3) Communication.  Find “Receive Correspondence” and click the blue “Email” button.

You can also approve receiving your dues statement type via eStatements, just below the email button. Click here to get started.

Our Community Directory includes information about our community’s residents, board members and committees, and provides important phone numbers should any issue arise.

Mailboxes

You can replace your mailbox yourself, or you can have it replaced by the HOA.  For DIY, a requirement is that you must purchase the approved mailbox.  Here is the Amazon link for this approved mailbox:

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse, except in December.  Agendas are posted at the clubhouse at least 4 days before each meeting.  To receive the agenda via email, make a request to Assistant Manager Albert Rowe at infosd@keystonepacific.com.  Election of Board members occurs in the 2nd quarter (April, May, or June).
